Knowledge Help for Students & Faculty

The tutorials listed on the left are intended to help students use the Knowledge course site (http://knowledge.udmercy.edu). Faculty-oriented tutorials are available in the Tools, Tips, & Tricks for Faculty Using Knowledge course site. Faculty will find this site on their My Knowledge page in the My Courses list under the heading Courses in which you are enrolled.

You may also submit your question to the IDS Helpdesk for inclusion in the IDS Knowledge Base. We strive for a 24-hour response time on all questions submitted to the Knowledge Base. You may email your questions to ids@udmercy.edu (response time for these questions may be longer). If you would like to speak to an Instructional Designer, phone the Instructional Design Studio at 313.578.0580.
