A long time member of the Instructional Design Studio Team, Russ provides web and database design support to faculty in the development of courses. He was lead designer for the entirely web-delivered Online BSN Completion program. He designed, built, and continues to support the Libraries/Instructional Design Studio's Re:Search portal. He has developed and run numerous IDS workshops, and continues to help UDM faculty develop a wide variety of online course content both on and off Blackboard. Russ also serves as webmaster for the Women's National Book Association national site and the WNBA Detroit Chapter site. Russ received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Lit from the University of Detroit Mercy in 1997 and joined the Libraries/Instructional Design Studio in 1998.

Linda will provide web and database design support to faculty in the development of courses. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Electronic Critique from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2002.
Linda began working in the History Department at UDM part time before graduation to help establish the Black Abolitionist Archive online database. This special collection is now available online through the UDM library's web site.
Before moving to Michigan in 2000, Linda worked for Citicorp Datasystems, Inc., in San Antonio, Texas. She joined Citicorp in 1991, and held a variety of positions before assuming her role as an Instructional Designer in 1996. Before joining Citicorp, Linda worked in a training capacity at La Quinta Motor Inns, Inc.
"I believe that to provide quality online training, the focus must be on the user. My goal is to remain a perpetual student, so that what I offer in training is current, fresh, and applicable to a dynamic environment."

Mike supports Blackboard users, conducts various IDS training workshops and also works on IDS projects specializing in multimedia to help support the university faculty. He also designed the Michigan Academic Library Council website and acts as webmaster supporting the institutional users. Committee positions include:
Prior to joining Libraries/Instructional Design Studio in 2005 he worked in corporate training and communications. Holding titles of Media Specialist for Ericsson Inc. in Plano, TX and Multimedia Developer for Ribit Inc. located in Dallas, TX. Prior to that, he received an Applied Arts Degree specializing in Multimedia Production.
