RING

I RECEIVED A GOOD LUCK CHARM FROM MY MOTHER WHO
RECEIVED IT FROM HER MOTHER. IT'S A RING.
IT HAS A GOLD COLORED BAND WITH A SORT OF TREASURE
BOX ON TOP. INSIDE THE BOX IS A RUBY.
THIS CHARM DOES NOT BRING ME LUCK IN GAMES, RAFFLES
OR ANYTHING OF THAT SORT. BUT IT DOES MAKE ME HAPPY
AND LETS ME THINK OF CERTAIN THINGS. WHENEVER I WEAR
THIS RING, IT MAKES ME HAPPY AND I HAVE GAY MOODS.
I CALL IT A GOOD LUCK CHARM BECAUSE I AM LUCKY TO

ON TELEVISION I ONCE HEARD THAT DREAMS ARE JUST A PAST
EXPERIENCE. HE SAID THAT YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE LIFE.
WHEN YOU DIE, YOU ARE BORN AGAIN IN THE BODY OF A
BABY THAT IS BORN THE SAME DAY AND SECOND YOU ARE.
HE PUT ONE WOMAN FROM THE AUDIENCE IN A TRANCE AND SHE
REMEMBERED HER LIFE IN THE 16TH CENTURY. SHE TOLD WHEN
SHE GOT MARRIED, WHEN HER HUSBAND DIED, BUT SHE
COULDN'T REMEMBER HER LAST DAY. SHE ALSO SAID THAT SHE
WAS IN THE 18TH CENTURY AND SHE TOLD ABOUT SOME OF HER
EXPERIENCES. SOMETIMES I WONDER WHAT HAPPENED TO ME
IN MY PAST LIVES, IF THERE WERE ANY, BECAUSE IN MOST
OF MY DREAMS I GET KILLED BY SOMEBODY OR SOMETHING.

I WAS TOLD QUITE A WHILE AGO, A RELATIVE WAS A WITCH
AND SHE HAD CAST A SPELL ON MY MOTHER, THAT SHE WAS
GOING TO DIE WITHIN A FEW YEARS AND SHE DID. ALSO,
SHE PREDICTED THAT IF MY SISTER EVER GOT MARRIED,
HER MARRIAGE WOULD NEVER WORK OUT. SOMETIMES, WHEN I
GET MAD AND SAY THINGS, THEY REALLY COME TRUE. IF I
PUT MY MIND TO IT, I CAN LOOK INTO SOMEONE'S EYES
AND REALLY CONCENTRATE, I CAN TELL THEM WHAT THEY
ARE THINKING.

IN POLAND, ON A CHILD'S FIRST BIRTHDAY, YOU PUT
FIVE OBJECTS IN FRONT OF HIM OR HER. THESE OBJECTS
ARE: A BOOK, A ROSARY, A WINE GLASS, A PAIR OF
SCISSORS, AND CIGARETTES. IF A CHILD CHOOSES
THE BOOK, HE WILL BE INTELLIGENT. IF HE CHOOSES
THE ROSARY, HE WILL BE A PRIEST OR NUN. IF HE
CHOOSES THE WINE GLASS, HE WILL BE AN ALCOHOLIC.
IF THE CIGARETTES, HE'LL BE A TRAMP. IF A CHILD
CHOOSES THE SCISSORS, SHE'LL BE A GOOD HOUSEWIFE.
ON MY FIRST BIRTHDAY (THERESA) I CHOSE THE
SCISSORS AND I CAN SEW AND COOK QUITE WELL..

Language

Slang Expressions:

Op Yop Talk. It's a slang expression which I recently learned. All the letters of the alphabet except the vowels (a,e,i,o,u) and you put an OP at the end of the letter. Such as: STOP - you would say in Op Talk: Sop Top O Pop
