NCJRS is a federally sponsored information clearinghouse for people around the country and the world involved with research, policy, and practice related to criminal and juvenile justice and drug control. The NCJRS Abstracts database, containing over 190,000 abstracts of articles, can be accessed from this page. Many of the articles are available in full text from other UDM databases.
The New York Times 1985-date is included in the InfoTrac Custom Newspapers Collection. To search the NYT, or any other newspaper in the collection, use the advanced search and limit to the publication title.
NewsBank contains the electronic editions of record for The Detroit News (1999-date), The Grand Rapids Press (2002-date) and The Lansing State Journal (1999-date). Paid ads are excluded. The collections also include access to: many regional, national and international newspapers; a large database of obituaries and death notices, and access to the page image edition of the New York Times (November 2008-date).

Designed for nursing students, the Nursing Resource Center brings together in an easy-to-use interface disease and drug overviews, care plans, relevant journal results and animated anatomy and physiology diagrams to complement the core encyclopedia texts. The information is written in accessible language for students completing class assignments and preparing for clinicals as they learn how to care for and treat patients. Search results are returned in tabs that correspond to steps in the nursing process.
