McNichols Campus Library
Is responsible for public services policy coordination among the UDM libraries; reference and instruction services; circulation and reserve services; collection development and approval plan management and electronic resource management. He assists the Dean of Libraries with long-range and strategic planning and budget preparation. Libbey is currently working on database training for library staff and patrons. He holds a B.A. from Valparaiso University, a M.A. in Early Modern European History from the University of Illinois, and a M.A. in Library Science from Northern Illinois University. He joined the University in 1996.
